The representors are set out in numerical ID number order in the Representor Index. You can use the index to find your representor number to find your representation using the “Ctrl + F” function within the document.

Most representations have been summarised and key issues drawn out. In many cases representations relating to the same issue have been put together, in some cases many representations were received on the same issue. Each representor ID number is listed using square brackets.
All of those who have responded to the Local Plan consultation have been assigned a responder ID number. These can be found in CD011 Representations Made Under Regulation 20 in Representor Name Order. Pressing the Ctrl and the F button on the keyboard brings up the find function, type part of the name (e.g. Jones) will bring up the number of times that name appears in the document. The up and down arrows can then be used to navigate between them. Representor ID appears on each of the forms, at the top, in brackets after the name. This is NOT the same as the Response ID, as one representor may have made multiple responses. Please note your response ID. Then within this document you can use the find function again to locate your representations.
